▼ If you forgot your email address
If you have forgotten your registered email address, we can check if you have registered it or not.
If you wish to do so, please contact us from [here (Inquiry form)] , with your registered phone number and name.
Please note that the registration of your email address is not a required field in the GO app.
Therefore, after creating an account, we ask that you register an email address optionally from the [Menu] tab > [Account Information].
Please note that you will need to register your email address and password to log in.
*If you do not register your email address, you will not be able to log in to your existing account.
If you are unable to log in to your account, you will not be able to transfer your usage history, but we would appreciate it if you could create a new account and use the GO app.
▼ If you forgot your password
You can reset your password from the [Forgot Password] on the login screen.
Please note that you can only reset your password if you have already registered an email address and password for your account.
If you do not have an email address and password registered in your account, the information will not be sent to you to reset your password.
