If payment cannot be made from your registered payment method for some reason, If, for some reason, payment cannot be made from your registered payment method, the " fare (including GO App charge)," "optional charges (such as particular conditions)," and "cancellation fee" may be unsettled.
If there is an unsettled payment, a pink error message will appear on the app screen.
Please tap the [Settle] button, and then click the [Register] button to pay.
For some vehicles, when only the "Fare (including GO App charge)" is paid in the car, the "Option fee" will be displayed on the App screen as unsettled payment if you have set any options, such as special conditions.
Please note that coupons cannot be used for in-car payment, so if you use a coupon, it will only be applied to the "Option fee".
*If unsettled payments occur, restrictions will apply to the use of the service.
*Cancellation fees are automatically settled if you tap a credit card. For other payment methods, you will need to register your credit card to settle the cancellation fee.
*Unsettled payment will not be canceled even if you delete your account or log out.
*For Apple Pay, please verify your identity again at unsettled payment.
If you are unable to settle the payment in your history because your account has been deleted or you do not have a credit card, please contact us by filling out the inquiry form or tap "Inquiry" in the app with the details of your situation.
