If you have lost items, please check the phone number of the taxi company's office from your [Usage history] and contact the taxi company you used.
You can check your [Usage history] from the
[Menu ≡] tab > [Usage History / Receipt].
If you have forgotten your mobile phone or if you are unable to check your ride information from the GO App, please contact us from [here (Inquiry form)] or from [Inquiries] in the app.
When contacting us, please include the following identification information for lost items.
