What is GO App charge?

“GO App charge“ is an arrangement fee in addition to the pick-up fee (determined by the taxi company) when requesting a taxi through GO.

About payment and amount

“GO App charge“ will be charged when you order a taxi via GO and ride in the taxi. The “GO App charge“ will be added to the meter fare and pick-up fee at the payment.

*If you cancel your order, the “GO App charge“ will not be charged.
*If you take a taxi and pay with GO Pay, the GO App charge will not be charged.
*GO App charge will not be charged if you are using the Airport Flat Rate. (Airport Flat Rate fee will be charged separately.)

How to confirm the “GO App charge”

[Before riding]
You can confirm from [Taxi Companies] screen.
- [Menu] tab > [Taxi Companies] > [List of Taxi Companies]
- [Request Taxi] screen > [+service charge, etc.] > [Fee detail] screen > [Pickup fee and GO app charge] > [List of Taxi Companies]
[After riding]
- If you are using GO Pay
  [Menu] tab > [Usage History / Receipt] > Select your ride > [History Details]
- If you are using In-car payment
  The fee will appear on the receipt at the time of payment as "アプリ料金", "その他料金", "通行料他", "立替金" etc.
  (The name of the GO App charge varies depending on the device used by the taxi company.)
