・For inquiries that require account identification, please include the phone number registered in the app so we can respond more smoothly.
・If you are inquiring about a specific ride, please include the date and time of your trip and the vehicle number in the "Inquiry details."
・Our response to you is intended solely for you as an individual customer. Therefore, please refrain from uploading, reposting, or any secondary use on social media, etc.
