If you change the route after requesting a taxi, you will be asked to pay the pre-fixed fare to the originally designated destination.
If you wish to continue your ride, you will be charged by meter fare from that point on, and GO Pay and coupons cannot be used. Please communicate to the driver directly about the route.
Please note that the following cases are all considered as route changes.
When changing the destination.
To change the stopover point (e.g., to take the expressway).
When you get off on the way to the destination.
To change the pickup location or destination to the opposite side of the street from the location specified in the app.
When returning to the pickup location (e.g., to pick up a forgotten item).
When stopping at a facility that is not on the route.
When stopping at a facility on the route for more than the minimum necessary time (e.g., shopping at a convenience store).
Please note that the driver may change the route due to traffic conditions, etc. In such cases, please do not worry as you will only be charged the pre-fixed fare.
