Request Taxi with a fixed fare is not available in the following cases

When there are no taxis nearby for pre-fixed fares (taxis operated by companies licensed by the District Transport Bureau).

In case of large-scale traffic restrictions due to stormy weather, events, etc.

Other circumstances that force us to limit pre-fixed fares for reasons of service provision.
