What to do if you may have left something in a taxi
You can confirm the taxi company's office information from your usage history and contact them directly.
STEP 1: Confirm the taxi company you used on the app
1. Tap [Menu] in the app.
2. Tap [Usage History / Receipt].
3. Select the relevant usage history.
4. Proceed to the bottom of the "History Details"
a. If the [Lost and Found] button is displayed in the "Inquiries" section at the bottom of the Usage History / Receipt details screen
When you tap [Lost and Found], you will be redirected to an external service page (Lost and Found Cloud "find").
Please make an inquiry regarding your forgotten item via find.
b. If the [Lost and Found] button is not displayed
Please tap [Call the taxi company] to call the taxi company's office directly.
STEP 2: If you cannot confirm your usage history or have forgotten your mobile phone or other device
If you are unable to confirm your usage history or have forgotten your device, please provide the following information and contact us via [Inquiries] in the app or through this [form].
Identity verification information (Please be sure to include the following)
・Phone number registered in the GO App
・Name registered in the GO App
・Date and time of your ride (as much detail as you can provide)Important notes
・Please ensure the person who requested the taxi makes the inquiry.
・If a representative is contacting us on your behalf, the person who requested the taxi must be present.
Other cases
・If you have a paper receipt, it's best to contact the taxi company listed on it directly.
・If your forgotten item cannot be found, it may have been reported to the relevant police station. Please consider contacting the police.
