About Reservation
"Reservation" is a service that allows you to request a taxi at your preferred time, selecting a date and time from 15 minutes up to 7 days in advance.
How to use Reservation

1. Tap the [Reservation] button, and tap [New reservation] on the bottom right.
2. Set the Pickup location and Destination, then tap [Next]. (The Destination can be left blank)
3. Specify the date, time, and number of cars you wish to request.
4. Confirm your preferred date and time.
5. The reservation will be confirmed.
6. The reserved details will be displayed as a list within "Reservation".
* You can cancel reservation by tapping the list.

･ This service does not guarantee a taxi dispatch at the specified time.
Depending on the availability of vacant cars, road conditions, and weather conditions on the day of your ride, the taxi may arrive later than the specified time, or we may not be able to request a taxi.
･ If a request is canceled during pickup due to road conditions or driver circumstances, another taxi will be automatically re-requested. (One time only)
