After making a request through AI Reservations, you can also request a car immediately. Please note that AI reservation will be started even when the car is being requested for immediate dispatch or while you are still in the car. Please be careful not to be late for the requested time if you are using immediate dispatch just before the AI reservation date.
In case of unsettled payment or account lock occurs in immediate vehicle dispatch, please pay the unsettled payment or unlock the account at least 15 minutes before starting to arrange the vehicle for "AI Reservation" (approx. 15 minutes prior to the requested time).
