Payment and fee
"Reservation" is an exclusive service for GO Pay.
When requesting a taxi with this service, a service charge (*) will be incurred in addition to the taxi fare at the time of payment.
If a car is not confirmed or if the car arrives 5 minutes or more later than the requested date and time, the service charge will not be charged.

The service charge varies depending on the area and time slot, so please check within the app when using "Reservation".
How to confirm the Reservation service charge
1. On the screen after setting the date and time, tap the text "meter fare".
* If a destination has been set, tap the area where the estimated meter fare amount is displayed.
2. You can confirm the breakdown of the AI Reservation service charge, etc. on the "Fare Details" screen.

・A pickup fee set by the taxi company will be charged separately.
・Depending on the area, a GO App charge may be charged in addition to the pickup fee.
