You may cancel your reservation within 15 minutes prior to the time you wish to use the taxi.
*If you cancel for your own reason after a taxi has been arranged, you may be charged a cancellation fee.

*After making a request through AI Reservation, you can also request a taxi for immediate dispatch. AI reservation will be started even when the taxi is being requested for immediate dispatch.
*If a taxi arrives at the pickup location and the driver cancels the request more than once because the customer has not been identified for more than 5 minutes, all AI reservations at that time will be automatically cancelled.
