How to use the coupons?

▼ You can use the coupon only when requesting the taxi from GO App.

[Please be sure to check the following]

• Some coupons are only available for users who registered with a Japanese phone number.

• Coupons will not be applied automatically. Please select "GO Pay" as your payment method and manually select the coupon you want to use.

• If the GO app is closed for any reason, the coupon will be deselected. Please make sure that the coupon is selected before placing your order.

• Coupon can only be used when "GO Pay" is selected. Coupons cannot be used when "In-car Payment" is selected as the payment method.

• Coupons have an expiration date. Coupons cannot be used after the expiration date.

• Coupon discounts will be applied to the fare confirmed at the time of drop-off.

1. Set a pin of your pickup location and tap [Next] button.

2. Tap the Payment settings area above the [Request Taxi] button and you will see the “Payment Settings“ screen.

3. Tap [Register Coupons] button and you will see the “Coupons“ screen.

4. Select the coupon you want to use and tap the [Select] button. And you will go back to the “Payment settings“ screen.

5. Make sure the coupon is set, and tap [Pay with this method]. Then you will go back to the no.2 screen.

6. Again, check your coupon name and tap [Request Taxi] button.
