FAQ
Q. I cannot receive the coupon (The button is not displayed / An error occurs)
A. If the number of rides in the previous month (targeted ride method and payment method) is 0, the coupon will not be distributed. This coupon is distributed as follows depending on the number of rides in the previous month.
- 1 ride in the previous month: 1 ticket
- 2 or more rides in the previous month: 2 tickets
[Other possible causes]
- You were riding in a non-targeted way: The target of this program is only "request a taxi by GO App". "Street-hailed taxi rides (from the street or a taxi-ride area), and when using GO Pay at the time of in-car payment" are excluded.
- You cannot tap the link in the Notification: Please update the app to the latest version and try again.

* For inquiries regarding "GO", please contact the number listed at the bottom of the App > 【≡】 Menu > Inquiries page.
Q. Please tell me the types of "rides" targeted for the coupon grant.
A. Rides by request a taxi through the GO App are targeted. The specific targets and non-targets are as follows.
[Targeted rides]
- Normal request (Ride / GO PREMIUM)
- Reservation
- Charter
- Rides on GO ECONOMY
[Non-targeted rides]
- Street-hailed taxi rides (When you ride from the street or a taxi-ride area, and pay with GO Pay later)
Q. The taxi ride was at the end of the month (e.g., 6/30), but the drop-off and payment were the next month (e.g., 7/1). In this case, which month will it be targeted for aggregation?
A. Since aggregation is performed based on the "payment completion date and time" upon drop-off, it will be targeted for aggregation in the next month (July). In the above case, please note that it will be counted as the history for July, and will be reflected in the number of granted coupons in the next month (beginning of August)
Q. I cannot use the coupon because the area where I live is out of service area for Rocket Now.
A. We apologize for the inconvenience. Rocket Now is a service limited to the targeted areas.
Depending on the area and time zone, there may be few stores you can order from, or there may not be any nearby. Please understand in advance.
Q. Can I receive the coupon every month?
A. Yes. You can receive it every month if you meet the targeted ride conditions.
