Available payment methods and how to register for GO Pay
This article explains how to change (switch) the registered payment method when paying during a taxi ride.

How to change the payment method when requesting the taxi in GO App
[Please be sure to check the following]

Payment method cannot be changed after requesting a car.

In-car payment "cannot be selected when using" Reservation.

If you are unable to make a payment using your preferred payment method, such as GO Pay, due to a temporary communication error or other reasons, the driver may ask you to settle the payment using a different payment method.
1.Tap "Payment method area (card name, etc.)" at the top of [Request Taxi] button. (For Reservation [Apply under these conditions] button)
2.Tap the desired payment method from "Payment Method" displayed in "Payment Settings", and tap "Pay with this method".
*If you are using "GO BUSINESS" and wish to change from "Private Profile" to "Business Profile", you can change your settings from "Change" shown by the arrow mark in the image.
*If you wish to change your "GO Pay" credit card to another credit card, "d-payment", "PayPay" or "Apple Pay" , you can do so by tapping on payment method and tap "Pay with this method".
3.You will be returned to the "Step 1" screen. Confirm that the payment method has been changed to your preferred payment method, and then tap "Request Taxi" to complete the process.
How to change the payment method when riding the taxi without the GO App
[Please be sure to check the following]

Payment method cannot be changed after tapping [Pay with this method] or scanning the QR code.

If the payment cannot be made due to a temporary network error, the driver may ask you to use another payment method to settle your account.
1.Tap [GO Pay] in the middle of the bottom tab.
2.Tap [Change] in the "Payment Method" field.
*If you are a GO BUSINESS user and wish to change from a "Private Profile" to a "Business Profile," you can do so by tapping [Private] button on the screen.
3.Select your preferred payment method and tap [Change].
4.After confirming that the payment method has been changed to your preferred method, tap [Pay with this method] or scan the QR code displayed on the tablet with the camera to complete the process.
