If identity authentication fails, please confirm with your card company.

Insufficient credit limit or balance
GO confirms the validity of the card when registering a card and when requesting a taxi.
Ref: There is a withdrawal (e.g., 2 yen) that I don't recognize. -
Incorrect card information entered
Please try manual entry or registration using the camera function on the card registration screen once more.
* If you tap the camera icon, the credit card information can be read automatically. -
Registered to another GO account
Please register one card to only one account. -
Incorrect entry of "AMERICAN EXPRESS" security code
In the case of "AMERICAN EXPRESS," the 4-digit number printed on the upper right of the card number on the front of the card is the security code, so please enter those 4 digits.
Furthermore, if you are still unable to register or use your card after confirming the above, it is possible that the card cannot be used with this app.
