Receipts are issued in different ways depending on the payment method.
▼ When using In-car payment
Please receive a receipt from the driver in the taxi. If you forget to pick up your receipt, please contact the taxi company from your usage history via the phone of the taxi company you used.
▼ When using GO Pay *Receipts are not issued in the car (Note1)
Please issue a receipt from [Menu] tab > [Usage History / Receipt].
Receipts for GO Pay usage will be sent to you in PDF format (Note2) as an email attachment.
Please print it out and use it as necessary.
*If the taxi you boarded is a non-invoice registered company, a receipt cannot be issued from the GO App. A receipt (non-invoice) will be issued in the taxi, so please pick it up when you get off the taxi.
*If there are unsettled payments in GO Pay, a receipt cannot be issued. Please complete the payment first.
*We cannot accept requests for paper receipts. Please understand this in advance.
(Note 1) For the following reasons, receipts cannot be issued in the car when you use GO Pay for the payment.

To prevent double issuance of receipts

When using a coupon provided by our company or ordering pre-fixed fare, the correct amount may not be applied to the receipt issued in the car.
(Note 2)
PDF is a file format in which an image to be printed on paper is saved electronically.

Select [Issue receipt] in the History Details screen.

Confirm the email address displayed and submit.
*The name on the receipt can be left blank.
*Show fare breakdown" can be turned on or off.
