You can earn miles! Just by registering your mileage membership number and using GO Pay.
1. Service overview
You can earn miles by using the payment method "GO Pay" of GO app.
STEP1
Register your ANA Mileage Club or JAL Mileage Bank membership information on the ""Account"" screen of the GO app.
*Please check each company's website for information on joining ANA Mileage Club and JAL Mileage Bank.
*For information on how to register member information, please see ""5. Registering member information.""
STEP2
Use the payment method “GO Pay".
*No need to show your card inside the taxi!
STEP3
You can earn miles!
*Please check each member site/app for the status of mileage accrual.
2. Who can get miles?
ANA Mileage Club members or JAL Mileage Bank members who have registered their membership information through the GO app.
*For information on how to register member information, please see ""5. Registering member information.""
*Registration can be made using either ANA Mileage Club member information or JAL Mileage Bank member information. You cannot register both.
3. What kind of rides will earn you miles?
-The amount of the payment made with "GO Pay" after requesting a taxi from "GO" app.
-The amount of the payment made by "GO Pay" when you get a taxi without using the "GO" app. (For example, such as picking up a taxi on the street.)
*1 mile will be awarded for every 820 yen (tax included) paid, which is equivalent to 1 mile traveled.
[Notes]
* Miles will not be awarded even if you present your airline's mileage card etc. in the taxi.
* If a coupon is applied, the amount after the coupon is applied will be eligible for mileage.
* If a GO Ticket is applied, the amount after the GO Ticket is applied will be eligible for mileage.
* Please note that in some cases, for example when a system error occurs when paying with GO Pay, you may not be able to earn miles.
* Miles are not eligible for use with business profiles (GO BUSINESS).
* Please note that we are unable to provide information regarding the conversion amount for each ride.
4. When will miles be awarded?
This is expected approximately 1 to 2 months after your payment is completed.
*Please note that the schedule may change without notice.
5. Register member information
- Please update the app to the latest version before registering.
- Please have your ANA Mileage Club customer number (10 digits) or JAL Mileage Bank customer number ready in advance.
1. Open the menu screen from ""Menu"" at the bottom right of the ""GO"" TOP screen, and open the ""Account"" screen. Click ""Edit"" for ""Air Miles Registration"" near the bottom of ""Account"".
*If the ""Register Air Miles"" menu does not appear, please update the app to the latest version.
If it does not appear even after updating the app, please uninstall the app and try installing it again.
2. Select either ""ANA Mileage Club"" or ""JAL Mileage Bank"" and press ""Select this mile"".
3. Enter your ""ANA Mileage Club Customer Number (10 digits)"" or ""JAL Mileage Bank Customer Number"" and press ""Agree to the above and register"".
・For JAL, please also enter the name (in Roman letters) registered in JAL Mileage Bank.
[Note: For those who have registered their middle name with JAL Mileage Bank]
In the (First name) field, enter your middle name without spaces after your first name.

In the (Last name) field, enter your middle name without spaces after your last name.

4. Once registration is complete, the registered screen will open. Please make sure your registration details are correct.
- If you want to change the registered information, please cancel the registration by clicking ""Cancel registration"" and register again.
