GO Pay is a service that eliminates the need for payment and receiving a receipt inside the car when getting out.
Receipts will not be handed out inside the taxi car. (*1)
If you require a receipt, please follow the steps below to download it.

1. Tap [Usage History / Receipt] from the [≡]Menu.
2. Tap the usage history for which you wish to issue a receipt.
3. Tap [Issue receipt] within the screen.
4. Confirm the displayed email address and send.
* You can issue the receipt even if the name field is left blank.
* You can issue the receipt regardless of whether "Show fare breakdown" is ON or OFF.
Please print and use the attached receipt as needed.
If you do not have a printer at home, you can issue it at a convenience store or similar location.
5. Register your email (if Unregistered)
On the screen after the receipt is issued, tap [Register] or [Continue to register your email and transfer your receipt.]
* Email registration is not mandatory, but in order to transfer your usage history and status when changing your device model, advanced email registration is required.
To protect your important account information, we strongly recommend registering in advance.

*1: When using GO Pay, receipts are not issued inside the car for the following reasons:
・ To prevent the duplicate issuance of receipts.
・ In cases where coupons provided by our company are used or when a pre-fixed fare is requested, the correct amount may not be reflected on a receipt issued inside the car.
Note:
If the street-hailed taxi is a tax-exempt business (without invoice registration), a receipt cannot be issued through the GO app.
A non-qualified receipt will be issued inside the taxi; please make sure to receive it from the driver when getting off.
