Add a tip to say thanks to the driver. This is a optional feature.
How to send a tip
There are two ways to send a tip.
1. Once the ride is done, the screen asking you to rate the ride will be displayed.
If the "Tip" option appears under the rating item, you can choose an amount to tip the driver.
* "Estimated miles" and "Actual miles" may differ. Please confirm the exact miles awarded from the mile history on each airline's mileage page.
2. From the [Usage History / Receipt] menu in the app, tap the ride that you want to give a tip.
You may tip within 24 hours of your drop-off.
*There are some conditions for the use of the tipping feature.

About payment of tips
The tip will be paid with the same payment method as your ride. The tip will be charged separately from the fare. Your tip will be given to the driver without personal identification and without disclosing the name of your account. Once the payment is completed, the tip is non-refundable.
About receipt of tips
A receipt for tips cannot be issued from the app. If you have any questions, please contact us from [Menu] > [Inquiries] in the app.
