About Rideshare Driver Rating
When a rideshare car is requested, the driver's rating is shown on the screen after the car is assigned.
*Drivers with more than a certain number of ratings will have their ratings displayed.
How the driver rating score is calculated
The score is calculated based on the customer's evaluation after the ride.
* "Estimated miles" and "Actual miles" may differ. Please confirm the exact miles awarded from the mile history on each airline's mileage page.
