What is charter?

This service allows you to reserve a car by the hour using the GO app.
While a regular taxi service provides transportation from a Pickup location to a Destination, the Charter service allows you to use a car on an hourly basis.
About vehicle available for charter
You can request an Alphard vehicle that operates as GO PREMIUM.
This vehicle can accommodate up to 6 passengers.

About vehicle information
- For Charter, the search for a car near the Pickup location will begin 30 minutes prior to the reservation time.
- Once the car is confirmed, the vehicle information (license plate number, etc.) can be confirmed from the reservation Details screen within the GO App.
Important notes for chartered service duration and booking
- Charter can be reserved/used for a minimum of one hour.
The reservation time can then be extended in 30-minute increments, up to a maximum of 6 hours. - Reservations can be made from 7 days in advance, up to 1 hour before the scheduled time of use.
- Only one vehicle can be reserved per reservation.
