In accordance with the hourly fare approved and stipulated by the Transport Bureau, additional charges will apply for exceeding the reserved time or travel distance.
When exceeding the reserved duration
An additional fee will be charged for the exceeded time (in 30-minute increments).
- Every 30 minutes: 20% surcharge

When exceeding the travel distance
The basic usage fee includes a set travel distance per hour.
- You're allotted up to 15 km of travel per hour.
- If you exceed this distance, the additional kilometers will be converted into an equivalent time, and a surcharge will be applied.
