How to use the charter service
Charter is a service that allows you to reserve a car for 1 to 6 hours.
Reservations are made on the GO App.
- Step 1: Make a reservation
- Step 2: From reservation to ride
- Step 3: End charter (drop-off)
Make a reservation
1. Tap [Reservation] at the bottom of the app screen, select [Charter], then tap [New reservation] on the bottom right.
2. Specify your [Pickup location] and tap [Next]. (You can leave the destination blank.)
3. Set your desired pickup date and time, and the duration of use, then tap [Next].
4.Confirm the details and tap [Reserve a Charter].
5. After reviewing the notes, tap [OK] to complete your reservation.
- Your reservation status will be displayed on the [Charter] top screen.
From reservation to ride
How to confirm vehicle information
Vehicle assignments will begin 30 minutes before your reserved time.Once your vehicle is confirmed, its details (such as the license plate number) will appear in the GO App.
*Please note that the time of vehicle assignment may vary based on supply and demand.
*If your vehicle isn't confirmed as your reserved time approaches, a GO operator may call you.

If you're running late for your reservation
Please use the in-app chat function to inform the driver that you'll be late and provide your estimated arrival time.
Even without contact, the driver will wait for up to one hour past your reserved time (charges will apply).
How to respond when you arrive at the Pickup location earlier than the Reservation start time
Please confirm the expected arrival time displayed in the GO App and wait for the car to arrive.
If the car has already arrived, please refer to the displayed car number and meet the car.
Please inform the waiting driver that you are the reservation holder.
What to do if you have a stopover
Please inform the driver directly.
Alternatively, if you change the Destination from the details screen in the GO App, the change will be automatically communicated to the driver.
*Please note that changing the Destination will not recalculate the fare.
The final invoiced amount will be determined according to the information described [here].
What to do if you need to exit the car midway
If you need to exit the car temporarily, please inform the driver.
You can verbally discuss the next meeting spot where you'll re-board.
End charter (drop-off)
When your Charter reservation's end time approaches, the GO App will notify you.
If you wish to change the Charter duration due to a schedule change, please consult your driver.
