How to change reservation details
For existing Reservations, you cannot change details such as the date, time, Pickup location and destination.
If you wish to change the reservation time or Pickup location, please Cancel the Reservation once and then make a new one.
If your plans change during a Charter and you want to end it early
Please inform the driver and Destination.
The fare will not change even if the Charter ends earlier than the reserved time.
If your plans change during a Charter and you want to extend it
Please consult with the driver.
Please note that we cannot guarantee whether we can accommodate your request, depending on subsequent Reservations and work schedules.
