About Status
We are offering the following statuses.
- EMERALD
- SAPPHIRE
- PLATINUM
- GOLD
- SILVER
- STANDARD
*Special status will be granted to some Platinum customers who use "GO" more frequently.
* Starting from December 1, 2024, if you have linked your business profile, Platinum Status will be granted.
Conditions for status upgrade
Status is determined based on your usage history from the 1st to the last day of the previous month and is updated on the 1st of every month. The items counted toward usage history vary by status.

EMERALD: More than 50 times per month for the following
- Requesting a taxi via [GO App] (GO Pay payment only)
*Only car requests made via the GO app will be counted.

- Requesting a taxi via [GO App] (GO Pay payment only)

SAPPHIRE: 30 to 49 times per month for the following
- Requesting a taxi via [GO App] (GO Pay payment only)

PLATINUM: More than 15 times per month for the following
- Requesting a taxi via [GO App] (GO Pay payment only)

GOLD: More than 10 times per month for the following
- Requesting a taxi via [GO App] (GO Pay payment or In-car payment)
- Riding without using the GO App (GO Pay payment only)

SILVER: 5 to 9 times per month for the following
- Requesting a taxi via [GO App] (GO Pay payment or In-car payment)
- Riding without using the GO App (GO Pay payment only)

STANDARD: 0 to 4 times per month for the following
- Requesting a taxi via [GO App] (GO Pay payment or In-car payment)
- Riding without using the GO App (GO Pay payment only)
* If you [request a taxi from the GO App with In-car payment specified] and then [perform a GO Pay payment using the rear seat tablet installed in the car during your ride], only the [request a taxi from the GO App with In-car payment specified] will be counted toward the number of uses.
* Requests made using a GO BUSINESS business profile will also be counted toward the number of uses (GO Pay).
* Usage of GO ECONOMY is not included in the count.
How to check the number of rides
You can confirm your usage history for the current month and past months by following these steps:
Check after your ride
You can check your usage history, including your most recent trip, on the ride completion screen.
* "Estimated miles" and "Actual miles" may differ. Please confirm the exact miles awarded from the mile history on each airline's mileage page.
Check on the Status Details screen
1. Tap [≡]Menu > [Status Name] at the top of the screen.
2. Tap [Details] within GO Special offers.
By tapping [Details], you can confirm detailed information regarding your usage history and your projected status for the following month based on your usage history to date.

By tapping [Details], This month's usage history will open.
You can confirm information regarding status upgrades or maintenance.
- How to confirm past usage history
By tapping [Usage History / Receipt], [Usage history for the past 3 months] will open.
* The status name corresponding to each month's usage history is displayed to the right of each month.

* If there is a change in payment status due to a refund, double payment, etc., the number of uses may change.
* If the GO Terms of Use are violated, your status may be revoked.
