A. Since the GO status is updated on the "1st of every month", the status will not be upgraded (ranked up) during the middle of the month. The status for the following month is determined according to the usage history (including Bonus Additions) from the 1st to the last day of the previous month. Please note that the status on the screen will not change if it is during the middle of the month, or if the number of histories required for a status upgrade has not been met.
Q. The number of Rocket Now orders and the number of GO Bonus Additions do not match.
A. The GO Bonus Additions depending on the number of Rocket Now orders are granted "up to 3 times" every month. Therefore, even if you place many orders, the 4th order and onwards will not be counted.

A. It will be targeted for aggregation in the month of the order (e.g., June).
In this program, aggregation is performed based on "the point in time when the order is completed".
