What is "GO Special offers"?

This is a reward program based on your usage of "GO".
Special offers will be granted based on your monthly usage.

About Status

We are offering the following statuses.

• STANDARD
  

• SILVER

• GOLD

• PLATINUM

*Special status will be granted to some Platinum customers who use "GO" more frequently.

Conditions for status upgrade

Your status will be determined based on your usage from the 1st to the last day of the previous month.
The status is updated on the 1st of each month.
The countable usage differs depending on the status.

• PLATINUM: More than 15 times per month for the following
  • Rides made via "GO" (GO Pay payment only)
    *Only car requests made via the app will be counted.
    
• GOLD: More than 10 times per month for the following
  • Rides made via "GO" (GO Pay payment only)
  • Rides made without "GO" (GO Pay payment only)
    • *Such as the rides by picking up a taxi on the street
  • *From June 1 (for May usage), the status conditions have changed.
  • *If you make a payment via the GO app and then make a GO Pay payment using a tablet in the backseat of the car, only the payment made via the GO app will be counted.
    
    
• SILVER: 5 to 9 times per month for the following
  • Rides made via "GO" (GO Pay payment only)
  • Rides made without "GO" (GO Pay payment only)
    *Such as the rides by picking up a taxi on the street
  • *From July 1 (for June usage), this status is added.
    
    
• STANDARD: 0 to 4 times per month for the following
  • Rides made via "GO" (GO Pay payment only)
  • Rides made without "GO" (GO Pay payment only)
    *Such as the rides by picking up a taxi on the street
  • *From June 1 (for May usage), the status conditions have changed.

How to check your usage

You can check your usage by following steps. 

１． Open Menu tab and tap your [status name] at the top of the screen.

２．Open "GO Special offers" screen > Tap "Usage" button.
You can checked the detailed information about your actual usage and the estimated status for the following month based on your past usage.

- How to check the usage of this month

Tap [Usage] and you can check [Usage of this month].
You can check information on how to upgrade or maintain your status.

- How to check usage of past 3 month

Tap [Previous Usage] tab and you can check your previous usage.
*It shows the equivalent status name for each month's actual usage.

[Notes]

- The number of usage counts may change in case of a change in payment status, such as refund or re-payment.
- If there is abuse of the GO Terms of Use, your status may be revoked.
