What are Bonus Additions?
This is one of the GO Special offers.
Ride count bonuses are added based on your membership status and usage method.
About Each Bonus

*2 Notes on the Birthday Month Bonus
･ You must Register your birthday from [Account] in the GO app.
･ It is applied only once a year. Even if you Change your birthday month, you will not be eligible if the bonus has already been applied within the last year.
･ The bonus will be added at the time of your next birthday month after Registering your birthday. (It will not be applied retroactively.)
*3 The applicable taxi requests will be based on the highest number of uses in the past 3 months.
Example: In the case of 6 times in May, 7 times in June, and 10 times in July, the applicable taxi requests will be 10 times.
How to check your usage count and bonus addition status
You can check this within the GO app from [Menu] > Status Benefits > Usage History.
Additionally, you can view your usage history, including your most recent ride, on the ride completion screen after exiting the taxi.
* Please update your app to version 10.2.15 or later to check.
* "Estimated miles" and "Actual miles" may differ. Please confirm the exact miles awarded from the mile history on each airline's mileage page.
When is the bonus added?
The bonus is added when the payment is Done.
When your usage history meets the status achievement conditions, your status will increase.
How to calculate bonus additions
Each bonus is added to the total monthly number of rides (*including Mimamori ride).
Any fractions are rounded up.

What happens if I drop from an eligible status for a bonus?
If you drop from the target status, bonuses will no longer be applied to the usage count for the current month and the past 3 months.
The status at the time of status determination decides whether the bonus will be applied.
*Since the Destination setting bonus applies to all statuses, the bonus will continue to be applied.
[Example 1] If you had Platinum status until July
In August, your status will be determined with the bonus included.
Since you had 5 rides + 5 bonus rides for a total of 10 rides in July, you will have Gold status starting in August.
[Example 2] If you had Platinum status until July and Gold status until August
In September, the bonuses from previous months will no longer be applied.
When determining the status in September, the bonus portion from July will not be applied, and the total will be counted as 5 rides. Therefore, you will be on Silver status starting in September.
