Can I register frequently used addresses and places?
Yes, you can register up to 3 locations* as "Favorites" within the app.
By registering frequently used locations such as your home, workplace, or frequently visited facilities, you can select them smoothly when you request a taxi.

1. How to register a Favorite Location
An example of how to register
- Register from [≡]Menu > [Favorite Location]
- Register by tapping [+Add others] from the pickup location or destination search screen
When registering, please enter the following information:
- Favorite location name (e.g., "Home", "Office")
Location details
Additionally, registering the following information makes it more convenient to use:
- Details on pickup
- Response after arrival
- Building or Landmark
- fixed location (specific meeting place)
Furthermore, it is also possible to register a "spot you have used multiple times".
When registering, tapping [Specify spot] moves to the "Search for a place" screen, and the "spot used multiple times" will be displayed above the history. If there is no corresponding spot, it will not be displayed.
* You cannot register with only either "Building or Landmark" or "fixed location".
* When setting "driver will come", entering "Building or Landmark" and "fixed location" is also required.
* The "driver will come" setting is limited to supported areas. In unsupported areas, it will switch to "Meet at the pickup location".
2. How to use a Favorite Location (when requesting a ride)
When using as a pickup location:
By tapping [Search] on the right side of the "pickup location" input field on the taxi request screen, you can select from your Favorite Location.
When using as a destination:
When entering a destination on the taxi request screen, your Favorite Location will be displayed at the bottom and can be selected.
3. How to sort Favorite Locations
In the Favorite Location list, you can sort the registered spots in your preferred order.
- Open [≡]Menu in the app
- Tap [Favorite Location]
- Press and hold the card of the Favorite Location you wish to sort
- When the color of the card changes, keep pressing the card and move it to the desired position
- Once sorting is complete, tap [save] at the bottom of the screen
- It is Done when "The changes have been applied" is displayed
The sorted order is also reflected on the following screens.
- The Favorite Location button on the top screen
- The Favorite Location button on the destination search screen
* If you close the screen or quit the app without tapping [save], the sorted contents will not be saved.
* Tapping [Reset] will return to the order before saving.
4. How to edit and delete a Favorite Location
When editing:
- Open [≡]Menu in the app
- Tap [Favorite Location]
- Select the spot you wish to edit, and tap [Edit] on the upper right
- Correct the spot name or fixed location, etc., and tap [Update] to complete
When deleting:
- Select the spot you wish to delete from the "Favorite Location" screen
- Tap the [Delete] button to confirm

If you set a Favorite Location registered with "Building or Landmark" and "fixed location" as the pickup location, the "message function to convey a landmark" cannot be used while the taxi is en route.
