How to set your destination

In the GO App, by setting your destination and requesting a taxi, you can travel more quickly and conveniently.

• Potential increase in available cars: The most suitable car will be found from a larger number of vehicles.
• Depart without explanations: You can skip informing the driver of your destination and start moving immediately.

How to set your destination

There are two main methods for the settings.

Option 1:Search by address or facility name

This is a method to search for and specify a location. It allows for reliable and speedy settings.

1. Tap the [Destination] space at the bottom of the map screen.
   

   2. Enter the building name, station name, address, etc., in the "Enter location" space at the top of the screen.
   

   3. Once you select the correct location from the candidates, a pin will appear on the map.
   

   4. Adjust the pin position and tap [Go to this location].

Option2: How to choose from "Favorite Location" or "Usage History"

By registering frequently visited places such as your home or office, you can request a taxi with a single tap.

1. Select the [Home], [Work], or history buttons in the [Destination] space at the bottom of the map screen.
   (Alternatively, you can also select these from the "Where to?" screen mentioned above.)

2. Simply select a registered location to complete the settings.
 

When a destination is suggested

For routes you have used in the past, depending on your device and app version, a frequently used spot may be suggested as your destination based on your usage history.
This allows you to set your destination smoothly without having to search by address or building name, so please take advantage of this feature.

1. Tap the spot name suggested in the destination field.
   
    
2. Adjust the position of the pin in the center of the screen to your destination.
   * The map can be zoomed in and out.
   
    
3. Confirm that the pin is at your desired destination, and tap [Go Here] to complete the setup.
   

💡 Useful tips to know

• Change after boarding: If you wish to change your destination while riding, please operate from the app screen or inform the driver directly.
• Pin position: Taxis stop along the road. If the pin is in the center of a building, you may be guided to the road on an unintended side, so the trick is to place the pin on the "road facing the location where you wish to get out."
