If you forget your password

2. Enter your email and tap [Send Email].
3. Tap the URL within the email to reset your password, and try logging in again.
If you do not receive the password reset email
If you do not receive the email to reset your password, the following reasons may be considered.
1. Issues such as reception restrictions
There is a possibility that the password reset email has been sorted into your spam folder, or cannot be received due to domain reception settings.

2. Email is not registered to your account
Since registering an email is optional, the email to reset your password will not arrive if it has not been set in advance.
