What is a "Priority Ticket"?
"Priority Ticket" is a service for customers who wish to use a taxi during busy hours or when there are no available taxis in the vicinity, GO will continue to search for a taxi until one becomes available, and then the taxi will be assigned to the first Priority Ticket user.
Payment and Fees
Priority Ticket is a GO Pay-only service. In-car payment is not available.
Service charge will be added to the meter fare at the time of payment. Service charge will not be charged if the car is not confirmed.
Available Areas
The areas that supports Priority Ticket are as follows
Tokyo / Kanagawa / Osaka / Kyoto / Hyogo / Hokkaido / Miyagi / Chiba / Saitama / Aichi / Fukuoka / Hiroshima / Niigata / Ishikawa
*Service is available in certain areas of each prefecture.
*The service area will be expanded in order.
