What is Need a faster ride? (Priority Match)

When there are no vacant taxi cars nearby due to busy hours or other reasons, GO will continue searching for a car on behalf of the customer until one becomes available. Once a car becomes vacant, this service can request a car in order starting from users of Priority Match.
 

Types of Priority Match

There are two types of Priority Match: "Priority ticket" and "Priority Match (Shared Rides)".

• "Priority ticket":
  This service is limited to GO Pay.
  It cannot be used with in-car payment.
  For this service, a service charge will be incurred in addition to the meter fare at the time of payment.
  Please note that if a car is not confirmed, the service charge will not be charged.
   
• "Priority Match (Shared Rides)":
  This service is limited to GO Pay.
  It cannot be used with in-car payment.
  In this service, no additional fees will be incurred other than the fee displayed when you request a taxi.
  The fee displayed when you request a taxi includes the fare, pickup fee, and shared ride service charge.
  Please note that the available number of passengers is limited to 1 person (riding with infants is not allowed).
