If you wish to change the vehicle type or destination for each car, please order each car separately. - Not all car requests are guaranteed.
If you request multiple cars, we may not be able to arrange the requested number of cars depending on the availability of cars in the area. - Service charges are charged for each car.
Service charges such as cancellation fees and option fees will be charged for each car. - Coupons and GO Ticket cannot be used.
If you wish to use a coupon or GO Ticket, please order one car each.

A: Maximum of 3 cars can be requested. GO BUSINESS users can request up to 10 cars.

A: Please request each car by specifying the destination.
Q: What happens if I call for multiple cars and do not ride?
A: Cancellation fees will be charged. Please note if you cancel repeatedly, you will not be able to request multiple cars.
Q: If a ride overlaps with an AI reservation, will the reservation be canceled?
A: Please note if you are in a different car when your reservation starts to be requested, your reservation will not be canceled.
Q: Can I use this service together with Options, GO PREMIUM, Reservations, and Airport Flat Rate?
A: Yes.
Q: Can I request multiple cars immediately after signing up for a GO account?
A: This feature is only available to customers that a certain period of time has passed since they created their GO account. It is not available immediately after newly signing up.
