The GO App is designed for customers to request a taxi for their own use.
If someone other than the person who ordered the taxi will be riding, please note the following:
*Please be sure to confirm "2.6. Third-Party Use" in the GO Terms of Use.
Identity Verification Upon Boarding
Identity verification is conducted using the name registered in your Account information. To ensure a smooth verification process, please inform the passenger of the name on the requester's Account.
* For customers using the English version of the GO App, a 3-digit confirmation number will be displayed when the taxi request is confirmed. Please provide this confirmation number to the passenger instead of the registered name.
Contact from the Driver
If the passenger and taxi cannot meet, the driver will contact you via the GO App.
Therefore, please check your app notifications from the time of your request until the passenger boards the taxi.
Payment

GO Pay
･ This payment method allows the requester to pay via the GO App. When requesting your taxi, please specify "GO Pay" as your payment method.
･ Even if you choose GO Pay for your order, the passenger may be asked to make an In-car payment due to communication errors or issues with the driver's device.
In-car payment
･ This payment method allows the passenger to pay inside the car. When placing your order, please specify "In-car payment" as your payment method.
Important Notes
･ In areas where a GO App charge applies, please inform the passenger that this fee will be incurred.
･ If you're considering a minor riding alone, please confirm with a nearby taxi company as their policies may vary.
After confirming, please place your order by specifying the taxi company.
