You can cancel your request for free within three minutes after tapping "Request Taxi" and confirming the request in the app.
You can cancel your request by tapping the button on the top right of the screen.
Once the request is confirmed, the car will be on its way to the pickup location. Please refrain from canceling unless absolutely necessary.
In the case of a single taxi request
<After confirming your request>
1. Proceed to the cancellation procedure via the button displayed at the top right.
* If you cancel a taxi after it has been assigned, a cancellation fee may be charged.
* The cancellation fee will be charged using the payment method you selected when you requested the taxi (or by card if you chose In-car payment).

<When requesting a taxi>
1. Proceed to the cancellation procedure via the button displayed at the top right.
* You can also cancel a request before it is confirmed by tapping the button on the top right of the screen.
* Even if you close the app while a taxi is being requested, the search will continue. If you want to stop the request, please tap the cancel button.
* There is no cancellation fee for requests canceled before a car is assigned.
If you have requested two or more cars, or if the cancel button is not visible
1. You can confirm your current request status by tapping [Activity] at the bottom right of the screen.
Tap the request you wish to cancel.
2. Proceed to the cancellation procedure via the button displayed at the top right of the screen.
