How to use GO ECONOMY
GO ECONOMY provides pickup and drop-off locations called "spots."
You can travel between these sections by selecting and reserving a Departure spot and an Arrival spot respectively.
- Since there are no landmarks at the spot, please confirm the location from the "ECONOMY" tab in the app.
- The location and name of spots may change. Always confirm the location when making a reservation.
Step1 : Request a GO ECONOMY
・Arrange a ride from the "GO ECONOMY" screen
・Arrange a ride from the "Ride" screen
Step2 : Flow from ride arrangement completion until the day of the ride
Step3 : Board the GO ECONOMY
Request a GO ECONOMY
There are two ways to request a GO ECONOMY.
Arrange a ride from the "GO ECONOMY" screen

Open "GO ECONOMY" from the bottom tab and tap [Check nearby spots].
- Select the spot you wish to ride from among the Departure spots displayed on the map, and tap the [Next] button.
* It is also possible to search for the location you wish to board by address or facility name.
* A spot near the selected spot may be chosen as the Departure spot.
- Using the same procedure, search for the location you wish to drop off or select an Arrival spot from the map display, and tap the [Go near here] button.
* A spot near the selected spot may be chosen as the Arrival spot.

Select your desired Departure Date and Time or arrival date and time, and tap the [Search for rides with these details] button.
If you wish for a child on lap or to use 2 seats, tap "1 Seat" below the time selection.- If you are riding with a child on your lap, designate "Child on Lap" under the Seat details.

To arrange a second seat, tap the + button at the top and specify the Seat details as well.
Confirm the details and tap [Confirm number of seats] to return to the date and time selection screen.
- If you are riding with a child on your lap, designate "Child on Lap" under the Seat details.
- Tap the [>] on the desired ride to proceed.
* Rides that pick up or drop off at nearby spots other than the designated spot may be displayed in the list. In such cases, the walking time between the designated spot and the nearby spot will be displayed. -
Check details and tap [Arrange a ride].
- After confirming the precautions, tap [Arrange a ride] to complete the arrangement for a ride.
Arrange a ride from the "Ride" screen
When the Pickup location and destination entered in [Ride] are within the GO ECONOMY service area and fall within the operating hours, "GO ECONOMY" may be displayed when you tap [Next].

Confirm the position of the Departure spot and Arrival spot, and tap [OK].

If you are riding with a child on your lap, designate "Child on Lap" under the Seat details.

To arrange a second seat, tap the + button at the top and specify the Seat details as well.
Confirm the details and tap [Confirm number of seats] to proceed.

If you are riding with a child on your lap, designate "Child on Lap" under the Seat details.

Check details and tap [Arrange a ride].

After confirming the precautions, tap [Arrange a ride].

After confirming the precautions, tap [Arrange a ride] to complete the arrangement for a ride.
Flow from ride arrangement completion until the day of the ride
For those whose departure time is displayed as a time range
The meeting time is not confirmed.
The detailed meeting time will be announced via an app Notification as soon as it is confirmed.
Please ensure your notification settings are ON and wait.
For those who see a single departure time
The meeting time has already been confirmed.
Please make your way safely to the departure spot displayed on the App.
Arriving with plenty of time will ensure a smooth boarding process.
Boarding the GO ECONOMY
- When the car you will be riding in is confirmed, the car's license plate number will be displayed in the App.
Please use this information to locate your car.
You can check the car's current location within the App. - When boarding, please tell the driver your Ride Code.
- What to do if your car does not arrive
Due to traffic conditions or other factors, the car may be delayed beyond the expected arrival time.
Please check the expected arrival time and the current location of the car in the GO app while you wait.
Please note that due to road conditions, the car may be parked at a location away from the pickup spot.
A notification will be displayed in the GO app, so please move to the car's arrival location.
[Precautions for Use]
GO ECONOMY may involve riding with other passengers. Please confirm the following precautions.
🤝 Shared Ride Etiquette
・Prohibited Actions: Calls, filming/photography, eating and drinking.
・For a comfortable experience, please follow the driver's instructions and be considerate of other passengers.
・You may be asked to get out of the car in the event of nuisance behavior.
🧳 Baggage Restrictions
・Size: Up to one item that fits on your lap.
・Prohibited: Large items such as suitcases, animals (pets, service dogs), hazardous materials, items with strong odors, etc.
・Note: You cannot secure a seat solely for luggage. (Additional Seat Fee for a 2nd seat is only available when accompanied by a fellow passenger.)
💺 Reservation and Boarding
・Payment Method: [GO Pay] payment only.
・Number of Seats: Up to 2 seats (boarding is permitted only for the number of seats specified at the time of request).
・Time: The vehicle will depart immediately at the scheduled departure time.
・We recommend making a request early, as vehicles may be full or services may be unavailable depending on the vehicle status.
・When traveling with infants or toddlers, they may ride with you at no additional charge, provided they are securely held.
