As with regular taxis, the driver may place a confirmation call to the customer in GO ECONOMY as well.
In order to use the calling function with GO ECONOMY, it is necessary to turn the incoming call settings ON in advance.
In GO ECONOMY, you cannot send messages to the driver.
How to confirm incoming call permissions
A confirmation screen will be displayed during your first use or when you first request a taxi after a version update.
(Version 9.10.35 or later)
After confirming the precautions, tap [OK] to be able to receive incoming calls from the driver.
* Even if you tap [Not allow] on this screen, you can turn the setting ON while the GO ECONOMY car is on its way for pickup.
