What changing to a taxi vehicle means
If it is difficult to secure a GO ECONOMY vehicle for any reason, such as road conditions or the availability of vehicles in the area, a regular taxi vehicle will automatically be requested separately for your pickup.
- No special advance procedures or re-setting of the departure and arrival spots are required at all.
- When the request is switched, a notification dialog will be displayed on the app screen.
- The meter will operate, but you can pay the fee at the time of reservation.
Fare and coupons
Even if the vehicle is changed to a regular taxi, this is a fee system that customers can use with peace of mind.

Q: Do the departure and arrival spots need to be reset for a regular taxi?
A: There is no need to reset them.
