What is EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP?
EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP is a monthly flat-rate service exclusively for users with Platinum status or higher.
It offers special benefits to enhance your experience with the GO App.
* Available from app version 9.4.0.
* Customers using GO BUSINESS are eligible to join if their private profile usage meets the criteria for Platinum status or higher.
How to register for the EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP

Status maintenance
Once you have joined, your status will not be downgraded even if your usage history does not meet the criteria for your current status.
Furthermore, if your monthly usage meets the criteria for a higher status, your status will be upgraded and will not be downgraded while you are a member.
Example: If you join with Platinum status and your monthly usage meets the criteria for Sapphire status, your status will be changed to "Sapphire" and will not be downgraded from "Sapphire" while you are subscribed to the service.
Priority Ticket usage fee is free
The Priority Ticket usage fee is free for all time slots.
There are no restrictions on the number of uses.

Reservation usage fee is free
For users with Sapphire status or higher, the Reservation service charge is free, except during certain hours.

GO PREMIUM Priority Upgrade
This feature is scheduled to launch in early September 2025.
You will be preferentially upgraded to GO PREMIUM, subject to the availability of premium vehicles.

GO PREMIUM Coupons
You will receive a 1,000 yen coupon for GO PREMIUM during your birth month.
To receive the coupon, you must register your date of birth in your [Account] settings.

* In some areas, coupons can also be used for Van(Large Vehicle).
* You can register your birthday from [≡]Menu > [Account] in the app.
* Coupons cannot be used for Premium Sedans.
About receiving coupons
- To receive coupons, it is necessary to register your date of birth from the [Account] settings.
- You can receive them at the beginning of your registered birth month.
- If you join EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP during your birth month, or if you register your date of birth during your birth month, the coupon will be presented the day after the conditions are met.
- As these are birth month coupons, receiving a coupon is limited to once per year. Please note in advance that if it is determined that a single individual is receiving a coupon multiple times, the coupon will not be presented.
Priority Matching with Top-Rated Drivers
Prioritizes matching you with drivers who have high customer ratings.
Status Sharing
You will be able to share your status with up to three people. When you share your status, the people you share it with will have the same status as you.
* Benefits of EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP are not shared.
* Sharing your status does not share information such as payment methods, payment history, or dispatch information.
*The status shared may differ from your own status. Please check the app for the actual shared status.
*Available from app version 9.5.0.
Adding ride count to your record
Depending on the number of people you share your status with, the number of rides required to upgrade your status will be increased by up to 1.3 times.
This makes it easier to achieve a higher status.
* The ride count will be added based on the number of people sharing their status when the status is determined.
About Automatic Renewal
Your contract will automatically renew every month.
If you wish to stop the automatic renewal, please do so through the app by the day before your next renewal date.
* Even after stopping automatic renewal, you can continue to use the benefits for the remainder of your contract period.
