About Reservation
Reservation is a service exclusive to GO Pay. When you request a taxi using this service, a service charge (*) will be incurred in addition to the fare at the time of payment.
* This is the Reservation service charge set by our company.
The service charge varies depending on the area and time, so please check within the GO App when using Reservation.
We will not charge a service fee in the following cases:
・During the hours when the "Reservation service charge will be free" benefit of EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP applies.
・If a car cannot be secured.
・If the car arrives more than 5 minutes later than the requested time.
Applicable hours for EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP "Reservation service charge will be free" benefit
While you are an EXCLUSIVE MEMBERSHIP member, the Reservation service charge for the following time slots will be free depending on your status.
*This benefit is applicable to Sapphire status and above.
Emerald:
The daily Reservation service charge is free.
*Excluding peak hours in the morning and evening (5:00 AM - 8:59 AM and 5:00 PM - 6:59 PM).
*Please note that peak hours are subject to change.
Sapphire:
The weekday Reservation service charge is free.
*Excluding peak hours in the morning and evening (5:00 AM - 8:59 AM and 5:00 PM - 6:59 PM).
*Please note that peak hours are subject to change.
When a benefit is applied, a logo will be displayed in the GO App as shown below. Please confirm the display when making a reservation.
Important notes
・A separate pickup fee set by the taxi company will be charged.
・Depending on the area, a GO App charge may be incurred in addition to the pickup fee.
