By setting this up, you can enjoy a smooth riding experience.
Request a taxi
You can easily request a taxi to your desired location through the app.
Wait for the taxi to arrive
After you request a taxi through the app,
all you have to do is wait for the car to arrive
Ride a taxi
When you receive a notification informing you of the arrival,
please confirm the display on the app and board the vehicle.
Exit the taxi
Arrive at your destination.
If you register GO Pay in advance,
you can simply get out without having to pay inside the car.

Tap [Sign up] and get ready to request a taxi.
Simply follow the flow to complete the registration.
It will be done in about 3 minutes.

Request a taxi
1. Specify the pickup location
When you open the app, a map of your current location will be displayed.
Enlarge the map, move the pin to your pickup location, and proceed to Next.
You can also specify the destination (drop-off location) first.

2. Request a taxi
Confirm the vehicle type, payment method, and number of cars to request.
Once you tap the [Request Taxi] button, the request for a taxi is complete.
If you set a card as your payment method in advance,
you can simply exit the vehicle upon arrival.

Wait for the taxi to arrive
The expected arrival time is displayed, allowing you to use your waiting time effectively.
You can confirm the taxi as it heads toward the pickup location.
You can also exchange messages directly with the driver, providing peace of mind in case of any issues.
