Depending on the payment settings when requesting a taxi, the method to confirm the final payment amount differs.
If the amount on the receipt issued inside the taxi differs from the amount displayed in the usage history of the GO App or the credit card statement, it may be due to the service charge or coupons.
Receipt for GO Pay
Receipts can be obtained on the app.
Paper receipts issued inside the taxi do not reflect the service charge or the amount after using coupons.
How to confirm usage history and receipt
App [Menu] screen > [Usage History / Receipt]
* In principle, we do not issue paper receipts to prevent double issuance.
* If you receive a paper receipt inside the car, the amount may differ from the actual payment amount.
* Please note that we do not mail receipts.
Receipt for In-car payment
Please receive the receipt issued inside the taxi.
* Electronic receipts cannot be issued from the app. Please receive a paper receipt inside the car.
Notes
Only the taxi fare and charges are displayed on the taxi meter, and service charges for option services such as "Reservation" and "Priority Ticket" and the GO App charge are not included.
Also, depending on the taxi company used, a pickup fee may be added separately.
* Option services are only available with GO Pay payment.
