If multiple charges for the same date or amount appear on your credit card statement, please confirm using the following steps:
1. Check your usage history in the app
From [Menu] > [Usage History / Receipt] in the app, please check your ride history for the relevant date.
- Single Ride
If there's only one charge in the GO App but you were charged twice, this could happen if you also paid separately in the car. Please include details about your payment situation when you contact us. - Multiple Rides
If you have multiple ride history entries and the amounts charged for each ride are not identical, please provide details when you contact us.
2. Contacting Us
If your statement appears to have a double payment, please contact us via [Inquiries] in the app, providing the following information:
- Date and Time of Use (the date of the charge)
- Amount Displayed on the Statement (charged amount)
- Credit Card Brand Used (e.g., Visa, Mastercard)
- Merchant Name/Service Name (as it appears on your statement)
We will investigate and respond as quickly as possible.
