Request Taxi from [Ride] tab allows you to call a taxi that meets your designated conditions. It is also possible to Request Taxi by specifying multiple conditions at the same time.

Vehicle equipped with air purifiers
You can call for vehicles equipped with "air purifiers with high-performance filters (HEPA)" or "low-concentration ozone generators" that are effective in combating coronavirus and other infectious diseases.
Limit to high-rated drivers
You can call for a vehicle driven by a driver who meets certain standards, such as having a high rating from GO users.

- Some conditions cannot be specified depending on the area.
- The conditions specified in the [Set Options] will be automatically succeeded to the next time you board the car.
- You cannot specify options when you use AI Reservation.
- Options are only available only when you select "GO Pay" as payment method.
How to set options
1. Set a pin for your preferred pick-up location and tap [Next].
2. Tap [Details] button below the car type.
3. Select your designated conditions from [Set Options] and tap [Set] button.
4.You will be returned to the "Step 2" screen, tap [Request Taxi] button.
