What is "GO PREMIUM sedan"?
It is a service where customers using the GO app can specify and request a sedan-type luxury vehicle driven by a driver that our company has judged to have received high ratings in post-ride evaluations* from customers, or a driver with experience driving a hired car.
It is an exclusive request a taxi service from the GO app that allows you to enjoy high-quality travel time.
* This evaluation is based on the individual customer's feedback
* The current vehicle model eligible for GO PREMIUM sedan is the Crown FCEV
To use this service, advanced Reservation or a minimum fare like hired car is not required, but a separate Premium charge will be incurred in addition to the regular taxi fare.

* Excluding some areas, expansion is planned sequentially

* If using an expressway, a separate ETC toll fare will be added - Payment method: "GO Pay", "GO BUSINESS invoice payment"

Differences between taxi cars and premium cars
Unlike regular taxis, premium cars may not have a taxi roof light (company mark) or pickup displayed on the roof.
When locating the requested car, please confirm the car's license plate number and match it with the car information displayed in your GO App.
Also, please use the "GO PREMIUM" mark on the side of the car as a guide.
Differences in available request a taxi methods
GO PREMIUM Sedan is only available for immediate request a taxi (Ride).
It cannot be used with Reservation.
Available payment methods
"GO Pay" and "GO BUSINESS invoice payment" are available.
In-car payment is not available.
Coupons can be used the same way as with regular taxi.
About Premium charge
When using GO PREMIUM Sedan, a Premium charge will be incurred in addition to the regular fare.
* If using an expressway, a separate ETC toll fare will be added
- We will charge 0%-50% of the boarding fare and pickup fee for the premium request a taxi as a Premium charge. A minimum Premium charge (500 yen (tax included) or more) is set. If the charge calculated using the applicable rate falls below the minimum charge, that minimum charge will be applied as the Premium charge.
- The rate and minimum charge are determined by the area, supply and demand, and the customer's usage status.
Please confirm the specific Premium charge on the GO App's [Fare Details] screen when requesting a taxi.
Notes
If the GO App you are using is an older version, the Premium charge may not be displayed correctly.

About "CO2 reduction coupon"
For a limited time, we are offering bonus coupons to customers who have used "GO PREMIUM Sedan" based on the amount of CO2 reduced during their ride.
- Target for issuance: Customers who have used "GO PREMIUM Sedan"
- Issuance criteria: Calculated CO2 reduction amount during the customer's "GO PREMIUM Sedan" Ride and returned as a coupon. The actual CO2 reduction amount can be confirmed on the environmental indicators in the "Usage History" or "receipt" within the GO App.
- Amount: A coupon will be issued in an amount rounded up to the nearest 500 yen, with 1 yen per 1g of CO2 reduction.
- Maximum issuance amount: The maximum coupon amount issued per Ride is 3,000 yen.
- Limit: Up to 3 coupons per person.
* This measure will end once the coupon usage amount reaches a certain limit.
